REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee policy for all purchases made from Opals to You.
Our policy applies once the product is delivered. Our customers may choose to send their purchase back within the following 30 day period. Should you choose to make a return within this period please notify us immediately by email info@opalstoyou.com.au
Customers are entitled to a full refund of the item once it is delivered back to us and received in the original condition it was sent.
Should the customer choose to return the item purchased within the 30 day return period it would be at the purchaser’s own expense. Should the item fail to return to us, the purchaser will incur the full cost of the item. We strongly recommend the purchaser obtains shipping insurance when returning the item to Opals to You for your own piece of mind during the return process. We will require proof of purchase with your return. Please note we do not accept returns due to change of mind. We will require a valid reason for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your purchased item does not return to us in its original condition when originally sent we will unfortunately be unable to refund your purchase. You as the buyer will be liable for the whole purchase expense.
Once your return is received and inspected by Opals to You, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved by Opals To You your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If once approved and you haven’t received a refund please check your with your financial institution regarding their timeframes for processing funds.
